Using market research and customer insights we design a strategy for end-to-end brand experience. Our clients launch new products and services to market with the confidence that comes from knowing exactly what the market wants and needs.

You bring an ambitious approach to market/consumer research and actionable insights. You enjoy approaching problems systematically and you value constraints. You are well-versed in quantitative methodologies, and have some interest (or the passion to learn) qualitative methodologies. You know when to apply the right methods to provide the needed insight. You ask the right questions, during your research and with the team.

This role is a unique opportunity to further develop your expertise alongside a dynamic, growing research and strategy firm.

What you’ll do:


Cross-functional researcher with the passion and skills to create and deploy custom research methodologies(both qualitative and quantitative)

Create custom discussion guides, interview guides, surveys, and interview guides

Coordinate participant recruitment and research scheduling

Act as the project liaison between research vendor, lead strategist, and, where appropriate, client stakeholders to communicate timelines, needs, and research progress

Assist with the overall research process, including recruitment, sourcing platforms and tools, incentive distribution, and set up of research

Format research findings, including transcript formatting, theme organization, and raw data formatting

Organize and run top-line statistics for reporting

Prepare, outline, and top-level research findings for lead strategist to include in the report

Work closely with the lead strategist to parse data and identify actionable trends

Collaborate with the lead strategists and visual designers when requested to finalize client deliverables

Work with the marketing and brand team to produce and deliver quarterly trend reports, special focus market reports, and high-interest infographics

What you'll bring to the table:


2+ years of marketing/consumer behavior research experience

Basic skills in creating methodology to analyze quantitative data (additional experience in qualitative methodology a plus)

Experience managing external research partners, vendors, and clients (e.g., recruitment, market panels, survey platforms, etc.)

Strong survey development skills (mixed-methods preferred)

Strong analytic skills, including the ability to analyze quantitative in numerous ways (e.g., correlations, regression, etc.)

Experience managing projects, setting up timelines, and managing every stage of the research process

Must have demonstrable experience pulling public data/information (e.g., Google, Internet) to summarize for formative research

Ability to pull unique and useful insights from different data sources (e.g., tables, graphs, infographics, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social sciences, behavioral psychology, business, or statistics required (advanced degree a plus)

Project portfolio and/or references required
