The challenge.

Tecovas reached out to Rebel in 2019 for help with extending their brand strategy team. The idea was to create a mentorship program for brand strategy that covers customer research and applying insights to the customer experience.

What we heard.

A custom-designed mentorship program that helps a new brand strategy team think about their customer data strategically. What data is useful, how do we collect it, and how do we translate it was all needed.

What we did.

Led by Tecovas brand market strategy team, shepherded by Rebel—we started with work sessions, once a week. Topics focused on people: everything from how to build personas to customer journey mapping.

Our work wasn’t just talking, though. In this collaboration, we designed and launched a customer segmentation, created a new apparel research to support the launch of a new line, and even dialed in personas to define the Tecovas Woman customer.

What we delivered.

We delivered a well-supported brand strategy team and a whole lot of growth. The work informed new developments and opportunities for the brand to reach into.
